Bird Bar

Since 2000, the Bird Bar has been one of Dali's most popular places to enjoy a drink, read a book or just soak in the Dali sun and mountain view. Perched atop Renmin Lu in Dali's old town, the Bird Bar is owned and designed by two Chinese artists who have created a chilled-out oasis to share with friends old and new.

Built out of an old Bai-style home, the Bird Bar is perfect for daytime loafing, with no shortage of comfortable sofas and bean bags to sit upon while reading a book, sipping a coffee or sharing an afternoon beer with a friend after a hiking the Cangshan mountains.
